- 120 mls Cherry Juice
-2 tbs. powered sugar
-1 tsp. cinnamon
-4 tbs. red wine
-1 cup Heavy Cream

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a even consistency.

Add the mixed ingredients to a cream whipper.

Add a cream charger. Shake the whipper fiercely for about 20 seconds.

When serving make sure the whipper is facing downwards.
