- Freeze dried cappuccino 180 mls
- Milk 150 mls.
- Heavy Cream 210 mls
- Prune liqueur 2 tsp.
- Liquid Sweetener 1/2 tps

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a even consistency.

Add the mixed ingredients to a cream whipper.

Add a cream charger. Shake the whipper fiercely for about 20 seconds.

When serving make sure the whipper is facing downwards.
